Premature Termination or Suspension of a Trial If the trial is prematurely terminated or suspended for any reason, the investigator/institution should promptly inform the trial participants, should assure appropriate therapy and follow-up for the participants, and, where required by the applicable regulatory requirements, should inform the regulatory authorities. Without prejudice to the foregoing, any payment to you in connection with any Premature Termination shall be determined solely by us and you agree that any such payment may be dependent upon our ability to successfully discharge any related hedge or arrangement.
